We know that to reach these students, you have to GO to where they are. You have to become adopted into their tribe so to speak. You have to be real. Expose our own shortcomings, struggles and joy that we have in our lives to step out from the shadows and share ourselves. True leadership comes from within and our desire for the students at CCBC is to do just that. Lead not from the front, rather walking side by side with them on their journey to and with Christ. It's not a youth group, it's a FAMILY. "
